Changes to our Contact Centre operating hours from 4 March 2020

On 4 March 2020, our Contact Centre hours changed.
For our Client Team number, , operating hours changed to 8am - 8pm on Monday to Friday and 8am - 6pm on Saturday and Sunday.
We’ll continue to be available for customers for the current out of hours services including lost or stolen cards and compromised security details.
